Formly’s services are subject to our Fair Use Policy. We strive to keep our pricing simple and our limits as accommodating as possible, ensuring most users can comfortably utilize our free or paid plans. Our intention is to minimize concerns about usage limits or paywalls. However, in cases where your usage significantly impacts our infrastructure, we will contact you to explore a custom plan that aligns with your specific needs.

Examples of Extensive Usage

The following are examples of usage that may fall outside our Fair Use Policy:

  1. Consistently collecting high volumes of submissions:

    • More than 50,000 submissions/month.

  2. Consistently collecting high volumes of file uploads:

    • More than 100 GB/month or 500 GB of total storage.

  3. Consistently sending high volumes of email notifications:

    • More than 50,000 notifications/month.

  4. Sharing Pro or Business subscriptions with users outside your organization:

    • Formly subscriptions are intended for use by a single organization. Sharing Pro or Business functionality with individuals or businesses outside the registered organization is prohibited. This ensures service integrity and a consistent user experience. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

Understanding Extensive Usage

What is considered consistent high usage?

Consistent high usage refers to scenarios where a user consistently exceeds the outlined limits over several months (e.g., 3-4 months in a row). Occasional spikes in usage are acceptable, but consistent high usage indicates advanced needs requiring tailored solutions. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss a custom plan.

When your usage exceeds the Fair Use Policy, we will offer you a custom plan based on your past usage. Custom plans will include the following:

If you choose not to continue with Formly under a custom plan, we will provide sufficient time for you to transition to another solution, minimizing disruptions to your workflows.
